Ingredients

For gravy preparation

  • 2 small onions, white
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 inch piece fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder

For main curry and vegetable

  • 3 medium sized potatoes
  • 1 bunch of fresh spinach
  • 2 medium sized carrots
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • 200g fresh curd, without cream
  • Coriander leaves, medium chopped
